Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
▾
You can walk in at any of our branches during opening hours — no appointment needed for most routine tests. However, for home/mobile visits or corporate screenings, we recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp or our online booking form.
Do I need to fast before my blood test?
▾
It depends on the test. Blood sugar, lipid profile, and liver function tests usually require 8–12 hours of fasting. A full blood count (FBC) does not require fasting. If you're unsure, call or WhatsApp us and we'll advise you based on your specific test.
How long does it take to get my results?
▾
Most routine tests are ready the same day. Specialized tests such as histopathology or culture & sensitivity may take 24–72 hours. We will always inform you of the expected turnaround when you come in.
Can I get my results sent to me on WhatsApp?
▾
Yes! We send results digitally via WhatsApp. Just provide your phone number when registering and let our staff know you'd like your results sent to you. You can also pick them up in person at the lab.
Do you offer home sample collection?
